Observation

At the time of the initial onsite inspection, there were blinds with interior strings in the kitchen window. At the time of the initial onsite inspection, there was an uneven pathway from the yard grass to the deck that was a few inches different in height, creating a tripping hazard. At the time of the initial onsite inspection, there were two outlets (by the couch and by the pack and plays) that were not tamper resistant/had blank face covers.
